I don’t know about you, but Thanksgiving is hands down my favorite holiday. I look forward to it more than any of the December holidays (whoa is right!). My parents host a 30-something-person dinner every year, and I get to help with the cooking. While we have our can't-live-without staples, I love to incorporate new foods, too. So every year I round up really exciting RD-approved recipes for our guests to try—and fall in love with.
