Even though I grew up in Florida, I've lived in the northeast for almost a decade now. And I'm still amazed at how cold it gets this time of year! While cold weather might lead us to think of comfort foods, those foods don't have to be high in calories or fat: Nutritious foods like spaghetti squash and pomegranate can be oh so comforting.
