Even as a registered dietitian, I love treating myself to pizza, ice cream, and candy on occasion. I don't feel guilty after I eat these foods because I know they're a completely normal part of living. If you're currently setting aside a 'cheat day' for eating the indulgent foods you love, you may want to consider switching up your strategy—and your mindset. I use a few simple strategies, like adding in more physical activity, to stay healthy while indulging without any guilt!
