Every morning, I make sure that there's a good amount of protein in my breakfast. Protein helps keep me fueled and going for busy mornings—so I don't get hangry before lunchtime. I love making a protein-rich French toast with two eggs per slice of bread. I top my meal with fruit and nuts for some healthy fat and fiber.
