Happy Thanksgiving! This appetizer is sure to make anyone on your guest list say, "gobble, gobble!" We're exactly three weeks away from my absolute favorite holiday, Thanksgiving. I've been celebrating Thanksgiving with the same couple dozen friends and family for as long as I can remember. Of course, the crew has grown over the years, as friends have gotten married and had kids of their own.
Your body is constantly changing, but what about your lifestyle? If you haven't made many diet updates over the years, you could be falling short of your needs for anti-aging (and cholesterol-lowering) nutrients like antioxidants and fiber. But motivation helps, too, like treating yourself to a new workout class or a spa day when you've logged your meals for three days in a row, met a five-pound weight-loss goal, or simply are feeling really great about your lifestyle choices. These little rewards help
Staying hydrated is essential—especially on hot summer days—but you don't need to rely only on the water you drink to get enough. Fresh produce naturally contains water (and a LOT of it!). So you can up your hydration game by eating more fruits and vegetables. How am I doing this? Refreshing smoothies and colorful salads make staying hydrated easy and delicious.
