Like it or not, we're headed into a stressful time of year. No matter how awesome Thanksgiving and the winter holidays are (and they are awesome!), they can also create plenty of stress. You might be worried about hosting, what to eat during the holiday, or how to avoid gaining weight. Or maybe you're feeling social or financial stress. Whatever type of stress you're feeling, it's not good for you. After all, stress takes a toll on more than just your mental well being.

The power of positivity is real. That's pretty much how the phrase, "fake it till you make it" came into being. Treating yourself well, believing in yourself, and respecting your journey are all great ways to foster the confidence to live a life you love! If you can take the time and energy to do that, chances are healthy eating habits are not far behind. I travel the globe, attend Pilates classes, and create my own work schedule to stay true to myself. AND I eat healthy meals and snacks.
