To obtain her education in nutrition, Amy completed her Dietetic Internship at Utah State University and her Didactic Program in Dietetics at New York University.
Becoming an RDN requires the completion of 1,200 supervised practice hours and the passing of the Commission on Dietetic Registration's dietetic registration exam.
To maintain the RDN credential, a registered dietitian must complete 75 continuing-education hours every five years. Amy is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, the Food & Culinary Professionals Didactic Practice Group, and the Nutrition Entrepreneurs Didactic Practice Group.

This is an optional add-on to customized nutrition counseling and includes sharing your food journal with Amy daily. You'll receive nutritional therapist feedback and advice daily.
Need additional nutrition support? Amy offers group support for friends and colleagues with similar nutrition goals and challenges.
Group sessions provide opportunities to have nutrition questions answered or to learn more about a specific nutrition topic, such as vegetarian eating.
Confused about reading labels, or simply want advice on how to shop for healthy food? Schedule a grocery tour with Amy. This service can take place virtually or in person.
Nutrition appointments must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance. Missed appointments not cancelled within this time frame will be billed at 100%.
