I'm a snacker. In fact, as I'm writing this, I'm
munching on a few crackers and cubes of cheese. I'm super hungry (I was so busy today that I missed my afternoon snack time!), and I'm heading out for a friend's birthday dinner tonight. The
drive there is over an hour, and I don't want to be famished when I arrive.
I love snack meals as much as I love snack time itself. Desk-side picnic lunches are a big mainstay over here! While I definitely wouldn't advise trading all your healthy quick meals for snacks, healthy snack time most definitely has its place if you also enjoy snacking. When making food choices, I encourage you to think outside the vending machine chips and candy box because snacks are soaring to a whole new nutritious level.
