Not too long ago, a Trader Joe's opened in my neighborhood. This was a life-changing event! Before then, the closest grocery store was a drive away. I love that I can stop by TJ's on my way home from a workout or seeing the chiropractor. Think TV dinners can't be healthy? Store-bought meals definitely have a bad rap, but these days, it's actually pretty easy to find nutritious options in the frozen aisle.
