We all have our favorite food (or foods!). I seriously love Greek yogurt, mushrooms, and passion fruit. But I wouldn't want to eat those foods every.single.day. Diet burnout is real! Nutritionists often recommend eating a variety of healthy foods for good reason: Your body needs an assortment of nutrients to stay in top shape. So I invite you to rock your weekly menu with a few new recipes. And try some new foods while you're at it! As a travel-loving dietitian, I make it a point to experiment with local flavors and exotic dishes whenever I can get my hands on them. Hop on over to Instagram to check out my favorite foodie travel inspo and to enter a free giveaway for an awesome kitchen tool that will help you vary up your menu.
I Ate Pizza Every Day for a Week

The pizza diet may sound like a dream come true (and who doesn't love a tasty pizza?). But will it get you in nutrition jail? Find out for yourself. Nope, I don't mean that you should try it. Just read this article!

Amy's Recipe of the Week: French Toast with Apples & Pecans
I'm a French toast fan and make a batch most weekends. So that I don't eat the same meal every weekend, I try different toppings each week. This apple and pecan variety is one of my faves (and is getting me in the mood for fall!), but you'll also love my mandarin orange French toast. And psst...while French toast is one thing I just can't get enough of, you won't see me doing a French-toast-only diet anytime soon!
