Backpacks are stuffed, classes are in full swing, and fall break (YES!) is in sight. Now it's time for you to really shine! Back-to-school season is very different for each of us, but one thing remains the same: You have to eat. Having a few go-to recipes on hand can mean a world of difference during crunch time. When temps start to drop, I lean toward hearty, flavorful meals I can whip up in no time. I may not have kids, but I will be going back to school this month. I'm taking a weekly photography class that runs all fall! So with extracurricular activities, new friends, homework, and commuting, spending time on elaborate meals just isn't an option. I'm sure we all agree on that. Make healthy meal prep a breeze and maybe even find your new favorite back-to-school recipe while you are at it! What will you be feeding your troops?
P.S. To help make your back-to-school transition even easier, I've got an amazing giveaway going on over at my Instagram page. The prize is big and helps me save time and pack in nutrition in a big way! Hurry on over to enter. You still have a few days left!
