Broccoli Slaw Salad with Flaxseeds & Hemp Seeds

Here's a Broccoli Slaw Salad recipe you can't pass up! It's a healthy take on cole slaw that's low carb and Weight Watchers friendly.

Small glass bowls

Large glass bowl

Pepper grinder



  • 12 ounces broccoli slaw mix
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 plum tomato, diced
  • 1 Tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp + 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 2 Tbsp slivered almonds
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp flaxseeds, ground
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp hemp seeds
  • Black pepper
  • Salt



In a large bowl, combine broccoli slaw with avocado and tomato. In a small bowl, mix vinegar, oil, and honey. Toss with broccoli slaw mixture. Top with

almonds and seeds, and sprinkle with black pepper and salt to taste. Makes 4 servings.
