  • 4 cups butternut squash, cubed, peeled, and diced
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. Place squash and place on a nonstick spray.
  3. Drizzle with oil, and sprinkle with cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice.
  4. Cook for 30 minutes, turning halfway through.
