So-Simple Cinnamon-Roasted Apples

This healthy dessert recipe is perfect for Christmas dinners! Just pop the Cinnamon Roasted Apples in the oven.



  • 8 medium cored, diced apples, various types
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsp granulated sugar
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp cinnamon


Preheat oven to 375°. Toss apples with vanilla, sugar, lemon juice and cinnamon; place in a medium-sized baking dish. Roast for 45 minutes; toss halfway through.
