Pistachio & Wild Blueberry No-Bake Brie

Looking for an easy appetizer recipe? This Wild Blueberry & Pistachio No Bake Brie doesn't need to be baked and can be served cold!

Nut chopper

Apple corer

Chef's knife

Cheese knives



  • 1 7- or 8-ounce wheel Brie cheese
  • 1/4 cup wild blueberry jam or preserves
  • 2 Tablespoons shelled pistachios, crumbled
  • 2 pears or apples, thinly sliced



Top Brie with jam and pistachios. Serve with pears or apples. Enjoy! Serves 6.
