Let's talk breakfast. It is, of course, my favorite meal. But sometimes it can get a little monotonous.
When this happens, I like to get creative and switch up my go-to options. My most recent swap: sweet potatoes for toast. It's the perfect base for any sweet or savory topping!
By the way, if you're wondering about the effects of skipping breakfast, I recommend not doing this! Breakfast is a super important meal.
